Game Color: Satin Varnish is een zijdematglanzende acrylvernis in een druppelflesje van 17ml.
Game Color vernissen kunnen worden aangebracht met penseel of airbrush. Ze drogen snel en laten geen ‘vingerafdruk’ achter (no tack). Ze kunnen gebruikt worden als laatste, beschermende laag, of tijdens het schilderproces: Gloss of Satin vernis worden bijvoorbeeld gebruikt om de effecten van vocht, of van gladde en buigzame oppervlakken, als in leer en canvas, te simuleren.
Eenmaal beschermd door een vernis zijn de kleuren bestand tegen olieverf, enamels en washes op basis van oplosmiddelen.

Waterbased acrylic satin varnish with a new, quick drying formula, and an acrylic resin of extraordinary hardness and permanence. Protects painted models from dust and scratches, dirt and humidity.
Game Color varnishes can be applied by brush or Airbrush. They dry rapidly and do not leave fingerprints (no tack). They can be used as a final protective coating, or during the painting process, especially the Gloss or Satin Varnishes can be used to simulate effects of humidity, or of smooth and pliable surfaces like leather or canvas.
Once protected by a varnish, the colors will resist oil paints, enamels and solvent based washes.
